Every day, we help our customers quickly and easily get answers to their questions. To achieve this, we rely on the latest AI technologies: from Microsoft Copilot to Copilot Studio, as well as AI-supported call routing and conversation analysis. As a Working Student (m/f/d), you will become part of our Customer Care team and support us in continuously improving service quality.

Your tasks

  • Contributing to the development, training, and optimization of our AI chatbot (Copilot Studio)
  • Testing and further development of the Copilot integration in Dynamics 365 Customer Service
  • Analyzing customer interactions (chat & phone) to identify weaknesses in the service process
  • Testing and optimizing our AI call-routing solutions to ensure calls are directed more accurately to the right teams
  • Testing and optimizing our AI conversation analysis to better understand customer sentiment, topics, and needs
  • Supporting the creation and maintenance of knowledge articles used by Copilot in customer service
  • Documentation, feedback, and close collaboration with Operations & IT

Your profile

  • Enrolled student in, for example, Business Informatics, Communication Studies, Data Science, or a similar field
  • Experience with prompting and initial exposure to AI, especially ChatGPT or Copilot Studio, is desirable
  • Enthusiasm for customer service topics and the question of how technology can improve service
  • An analytical way of working and a good sense for language and communication
  • Good German and English skills
