Are you passionate about digital marketing, data-driven decisions, and optimizing performance across channels? Then you’re exactly the right fit for us! As a Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Leipzig, you will become part of our Marketing team and help strengthen ab in den urlaub even more strongly in the online travel market as the market leader in the travel sector. You will be responsible for managing our Google Ads campaigns for the DACH market on a daily basis – driving traffic, conversions, and measurable growth for our brand.

Your tasks

  • Manage AIDU SEA campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and similar) on a daily basis when it comes to results review, reporting within the team and regular changes such as budget & campaign target proposal, seasonal shifts, competitive landscape changes.
  • Keep our campaigns up to date in terms of possible ways of reaching customers, placements, ad formats, data tracking and other SEA solutions.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the AIDU team (analytics, marketing, etc.) in terms of providing the best possible data and campaign setup.
  • Exchange knowledge with other SEA Specialists within the AIDU team and within the group as well as staying in touch with our partners and support from Google and other marketing platforms.
  • Developing valid test & optimisation cycles for several campaign and account aspects such as copy, structure, match types, networks opt-ins, exclusions, etc.
  • Cross platform advertising performance evaluation, including cannibalisation, synergy and attribution
  • Interpreting Brand Lift, Conversion Lift, MMM results

Your profile

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in managing SEA campaigns for search heavy B2C online business
  • Strong focus on delivering campaign KPIs with focus on profitability and brand recognition
  • Progressive mindset in terms of feature adaptation, testing and measurement solutions.
  • Experience with modern large campaign setup including data-driven attribution, smart bidding, automation, working with vast campaign / account structure and high spend
